Juicy Cheeseburgers

Tools:
- Grill pan
- Mixing bowls
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of ground beef (chuck)
- 1/4 of a white onion minced
- 1 tsp of mustard
- A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- Seasonings:
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Salt free all purpose seasoning
- S&P
- 2 strips of turkey bacon minced
- 1/2 stick of frozen butter chopped fine
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, add ground beef, onion, seasonings mustard, & Worcestershire sauce. Mix until combined.
- Create a well on the bowl and add turkey bacon & butter mixture. Gently mix until just combined.
- Separate mixture into thin patties slightly larger than your buns (makes about 6-8 patties). Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cooking or freeze until ready to cook.
- Heat your grill pan with a little butter & olive oil. Once hot, add burger patties & cook for 2-4 min on each side or until cooked to your desired temperature. Top with cheese of your choice & enjoy on a toasted bun!
- Serve with toppings of your choice: lettuce, tomato, mayo, burger sauce, grilled onions, etc.
- Enjoy with homemade french fries or potato wedges!
