Directions:

  1. Chop all veggies, chicken, & beef and set aside in their respective bowls.

  6. Next, add olive oil to same pan and cook chicken until golden on all sides. Then transfer to baking dish in oven to keep warm.
  7. Next, repeat the previous step and add your shrimp. Cook until golden on both sides and transfer to baking dish.
  8. In a large sauce pan, heat 1 tsp of olive oil. Once hot, add rice and sauté for a few min. then, move rice to one side of pan & pour in eggs. scramble eggs then incorporate with the rice. Next add marinade over rice & mix. Lastly, add peas and carrots and cook until cooked through. Garnish with greens of green onion
  9. Dish up your meal & enjoy!

*Please remember my recipes are meant to be that of a guide. You can season & cook things to your liking. You can also use, substitute, or not use ingredients listed. This recipe specifically uses one pan to make the proteins one at a time but you can certainly cook them at the same time in different pans or using a griddle. There are hundreds of ways to do things so remember to just have fun in your kitchen & do things your way, I hope you enjoy!
