Shrimp Pasta Bake

Cheesy, gooey, goodness!

Tools:
- Baking dish
- skillet
- Large Sauce pan
- Whisk
Ingredients:
- 12-24 large (26-30 count) shrimp chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 cup of chopped broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 3-4 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups of Italian blend cheese (half for top)
- 1 pound of ziti pasta noodles
- Seasoning of your choice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º & boil water for pasta
- Clean & dry your shrimp & chop into bite size pieces. Place into a bowl & season to your liking
- In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil. Sauté your shrimp once the pan is hot.
- Remove shrimp and set aside
- Cook pasta until al dente & drain
- Melt butter in sauce pan and sauté garlic until it becomes fragrant.
- Pour heavy cream into garlic & butter, add salt & pepper to taste. Once it starts to bubble whisk in your cheese (reserve some cheese for the top). Mix until sauce is smooth.
- Add, pasta, shrimp, & broccoli into sauce and mix until coated well. Season this mixture to your liking.
- Pour pasta into baking dish and top with remaining cheese
- Bake at 350º for 25-30 min until cheese is golden and bubbly on top.
- Serve with salad & garlic bread
- Enjoy!
