Bake on 325° for 15 min or until a toothpick comes out clean
While cakes are baking, add cream cheese into a bowl & beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar & lemon zest; mix until combined. Add to piping bag for filling the cakes.
In another bowl mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, & cream until you reach your desired consistency for the glaze.
Once the cakes are cooled, poke holes in the bottom. Fill the cakes with the cream cheese mixture then dip in the glaze. You can also top the cakes with the cream cheese filling!
